"The Shoepack programme was installed and in operation since September 2013. The software is especially designed for the footwear industry and is user friendly. It covers every aspect required in the manufacture of shoes. There is a smooth flow of the process from the conception of an order, that is, Design to sample to planning and ordering, to production and finally despatch. The programme is effective in monitoring line by line scores -visual displays, hence allowing us to respond promptly to production issues. The controlling of stock is also covered in the programme. Stock levels are closely monitored thus alleviating overstocking. In the event that we may require changes made to a specific module, Shoepack is happy to oblige and redesign the softare to our satisfaction. Our staff received on site training as well as technical support telephonically. We find this programme amazing and has definitely driven our business to a whole new level.
